Step 2. Conveniently fax, email, or post-mail us a copy of your valid doctors recommendation or state issued Medical Marijuana card. We'll verify the paperwork and email your login info to order from our medical marijuana menu.

RUNCO DELIVERY is a non-profit, mutual benefit corporation that operates completely within the guidelines set by the state of California. Our pricing covers the cost of operating RUNCO DELIVERY only.


Amounts deemed necessary for the continued operation of the collective shall include (1) costs of acquisition, cultivation, processing, transporting, distribution, and/or delivery of medical marijuana by and for members, (2) reasonable salaries and other reasonable compensation for services rendered by directors, officers and/or employees of the collective, (3) debts and obligations incurred on behalf and the benefit of the collective, including loans necessary for start-up costs, and (4) reasonable reserve funds for potential civil and criminal liability and other reasonable foreseeable financial needs of the collective.


Some guidelines you need to be aware of: There are no delivery charges. Delivery windows are estimations only and due to unforeseen circumstances cannot be guaranteed. Please do not use street slang when referring to our products. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. It is your responsibility to be present for your agreed upon delivery time. Multiple missed deliveries will result in termination of your membership. We cannot deliver to anyone else unless they are your caregiver and they are a member of the collective. We do not leave packages where we cannot confirm that you will be the only person able to receive it. Frequent missed deliveries may lead to termination of membership. Rural deliveries or deliveries made to an area with no current members may require a delivery surcharge. There is a 24hr cancellation policy. For everyone's safety, the driver carries $20 cash and the delivery vehicle is equipped with a security camera and alarm system. We will not hesitate to call law enforcement if our drivers feel threatened. There are always two drivers on the job at all times. We take our jobs very seriously and want your experience with us to be hassle free, safe and discreet as possible.
